Clifton & District Chamber of Commerce & Industry was formed in 2013 by a group of interested representatives from local businesses and community groups.
Chamber members meet on the last Thursday of each month.
The Chamber understands that business people are busy and welcomes your involvement on any level, there are no expectations regarding meeting attendance or project participation.

OUR AIMS
1. To promote, encourage, foster and advance the local community.
2. To provide a forum to discuss and deal with any subjects affecting the best interests of members and the community in our region.
3. To present a strong united voice to resolve issues relating to business and community in the area.
4. Promotion of the area’s potential for tourism, agriculture, trade, commerce and industry.
5. Promotion of local business to residents so the advantages of shopping locally are realised.
6. Support networking opportunities for local and prospective business.
7. Identify issues limiting business potential in the area and work to resolve these problems.
8. Increase business capability through the provision of information, training and support.
OUR PROJECTS
Clifton Chamber typically engages in community projects across a range of areas including the promotion of business and tourism. Often pursued in partnership with other organisations, the Chamber is committed to meeting its aims through a variety of initiatives.
